CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for everyone's time, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. This allows space for others and helps us serve with excellence. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. We understand that life happens - just communicate with us. Grace is always extended where it's needed. A no-call, no-show means the appointment time was held and prepared just for you. In these cases, a 100% service fee will be charged, and prepayment may be required for future bookings. We ask for clear communication so we can honor each other's time and keep the spa running in peace and order.
